I’ve already started some seeds for my garden, including cucumbers, garlic, and dill - three staples I grow every year to make my own pickles. 🥒🧄🌿
As I was thinking about my garden, I started imagining sourdough bread inclusions for the warmer season.
Dill pickle sourdough bread immediately came to mind. Made with diced pickles, garlic powder, and dill, its bold, savory flavor is perfect for sandwiches. 🥪
Another savory favorite of mine is kalamata olive sourdough bread.
Briny and tangy with a hint of oregano and garlic, this loaf is delicious with a smear of whipped feta or cream cheese.
