Hey Reader,
What’s the most unique inclusion you’ve ever added to a sourdough loaf?
This week, I made a French onion soup sourdough bread and it might truly be one of the most flavorful loaves I’ve ever made.
My neighbors, my dad, and I all couldn’t get over how much it tasted exactly like a bowl of French onion soup.
Outside of sourdough experiments, I also learned how to mow my own grass for the first time ever! I was definitely a little nervous, but so proud once I finished. Being only 5'0", I could barely reach the tractor pedal but it all worked out 😅
I also got my patio set up and had my first dinner out on the deck this season — grilled marinated steak over a salad (my favorite).
With Cinco de Mayo coming up, I’m keeping things simple this week and sharing just one recipe: sourdough discard tortillas 🌮
They’re made with just 5 ingredients in under an hour and you can fill them with whatever taco fillings you love.
I hope you give them a try and enjoy! 💛😊
