What do you usually do with an overproofed sourdough loaf?
This week, I accidentally let one of mine go a little too long and, while it still tasted great, it came out a bit flat. So I took the opportunity to turn it into sourdough croutons.
I’ve also been having a lot of fun lately playing around with some more unique sourdough inclusions. This week I added ramen noodle soup to a loaf (I know, a little unconventional 😅), but it actually turned out so good. I even mixed in some fresh chives from my garden.
Other than that, I’m still over here completely obsessed with my new niece. Baby snuggles really are the best. 🥰
And speaking of new things, I’ve been adding quite a few new sourdough inclusion recipes to the blog lately (with more on the way!).
